BOXN
Straight up Boxing. Strap the gloves on for 12 rounds of heart-pumping boxing combinations on our Aqua Bags.
BOXNBODY
Boxing + Strength Training. Alternate between rounds of Boxing and full-body Strength and Conditioning exercises using Bodyweight and Dumbbells.
BOXNFLOW
Yin + Yang. Empty your aggression with rounds of Boxing then restore some calm and work on your flexibility with a series of Yoga poses/postures.
